This design is built according to the primal idea of shelter. To purify the architecture as much as possible to its essence, we created a monolithic volume based on the idea of the megalithic monument Stonehenge.

​

The horizontal roof plate is supported by thick walls that initiate a volume where the shape of the building is no more than what is required. The free-standing walls create views that allow the building to merge into its natural surroundings. The building radiates force but is still humble through its simple detailing and use of natural materials.
